You wouldnt be consuming art content unless there was a part of you that was interested in drawing. Even if you have never made art before, there is a voice inside of you that attracts you to art.

Leaning into this aspect of you can unlock so many beautiful experiences but why do you hesitate? There are many reasons why beginners struggle to draw regularly.

One big reason is that external expectations start to weigh heavily on people. You start to think that art is about the end result instead of the process of making. Children dont hesitate to draw because they are more interested in the creative process, we can learn from this.

One way to do this is to treat your drawings like diary entries where you dont share them with people. This helps us reduce the pressure of being judged for the work. Treat your drawings like listening to music where it is about the experience of listening, its not about some end result.
